My customer wants to have ability to enter exact time for resolving an Action Item. OOTB it is possible to enter only date; and time is considered as end of the day (23:59).
My idea proposal is to allow this by creating a new preference. It will be useful for managing an operative tasks, which are not a part of project plan, but need to be completed in a given time and monitored via UI (Home > Assignments table).
