Enhance WVS Properties Settings for copy forward of Creo View Annotation Sets and Representations

The enhancement requested is to enable copy forward of annotation sets saved in Creo View on 3D models like Assemblies, but exclude drawings.  (Reference case C13821157).  The specific setting needing enhanced is "markup.allowcopyforward.default".  Develpment work here may also be applied to the copy forward representation wvs properties file setting.   

Use Case: I have an animation video on an assembly that was created in Creo View and saved to Windchill.  If somebody comes along and iterates the assembly in Creo Parametric, then the animation is not carried forward by default to the next iteration.  We have a drawing approval process where approvers are adding markups in Creo View.  We do NOT want these copied forward to the released version.  With the current capability there is no way to accomplish a copy forward of markups on assemblies and not on drawings without manual intervention.     

Also note that we one top level assembly with over 400 markups or annotation sets saved from Creo View.  Now we want to add a new component to this top level assembly and it will take well over an hour to manually set the copy forward flag.  The markups are from over 10 different user's also.

I see similar functionality being requested for Copy forward represenations which is specific to WTpart functionality - Reference CS161924.  I'm speculating that if a WVS Properties setting was developed for either Markup or Representation to enhance carry forward then it would work for both use cases.   

Note: There is a lot of confusion with PTC's WVS Property settings when it comes to the term "Representation" and "Markup".  Markup is specific to the enable copy forward flag in the Windchill Representation/Annotation table which also represents Annotation Sets saved in Creo View along with Animations, Groups or Interference Reports saved in the Creo View client while connected to Windchill.  The settings below are the only settings currently available to manipulate the copy forward flag from informaiton saved in Creo View to Windchill.

These are sample Creo View markups or Annotation sets saved into the Windchill table called "Representations/Annotations".

With copy forward markup enabled, we get markups on drawings copied forward...we do NOT want this.

The attached video show the manual process of managing the copy forward flag on assemblies because drawings can't have the copy forward flag set by default.  I have to manage this as an admin because multiple user's have created annotations sets against this assembly.
