It is good to have  add image feature  in  rich text description attribute with that we  can easily understand the issue in the  parts  with Realtime images in problem report  . Similar to this rich text insert image option  .2022-06-24_21-11-40.png


4. What is the use case for your organization?

 Business case is explained above 

5. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?

    This  feature can simplify the documentation required to  describe the problem .

Thank you @MS_9630520 for your idea. You give the bare minimum of information and point as an example how you can insert images in a community post, We are acknowledging it as the Community management team. This is not a commitment from the Product team. Other users may comment and vote your idea up.

I would encourage you to make a better case to educate and convince other Community members to support your idea and present your case to the product management team for consideration. It would be great to add this images support,  similar to JIRA for example with some resizing features etc ...

 

One interesting use case for us would be to manage Long Descriptions in MPMLink Operations without the need  to add and manage additional Documents . 

And then being able to display that long description with images in our MES or Thingworx / Operator Advisor Apps
