This request is to update the current functionality of ProjectLink to better facilitate the creation and execution of meetings.
- Enhance the meeting minute functionality to include a rich text input method. Not limited to 4,000 characters.
- Integrate the creation of action items for the meeting participants into the minutes screen. The concept of a meeting dashboard that brings together, meeting participants, minutes, actions and included documents
- Allow the acceptance status of meeting participants to be visible while the meeting is running
- For recurring meetings, build a minutes history similar to iteration history. view able by meeting date.
