Currently, users can either subscribe to Windchill notification or not. Once subscribed, users receive email for any/all changes. When there are large # of changes, the quantity of email generated can be counter-productive for users. This enhancement request is to add the ability to control when an email notification goes out based on a parameter like the # of days.
In particular, my company has the following business requirement of Agreement Objects:
SBA-0612 The system shall provide an email to the creator of the AO when the number of days prior to expiration equals the pending expiration interval value.
