Enhancement to apply classification to MPMLink object like process plans, operations

If there are many different type of process plans and operations, it's not realistic to create so many sub-type as the article CS172370 suggests. 

Since classification functionality is already available for parts & documents, it should be easy to apply it also to MPMLink objects.
