Today it is not possible to manage different enumerated list value in a multiple organization implementation when soft type of object are declared at site level.

From a business administration point of view, it make sense to manage soft type and attributes only at site level, instead of duplicating soft type and attributes on each organization (non added value work and time / ressource consumming)

But enumeratd list value for an attribute can be diffrent for each organization. It should be great to havie this feature supported OOTB.
