Often enumerations can have older values set to "removed from selection list".  It would be a benefit to be able to define Query Builder criteria or selection parameters specific to this characteristic.  For example, if I have a project list and I want to report on only "current" projects (i.e. not those that are removed from selection list) there should be a way to filter my Query for that condition.

Sadly, the SPR is listed as "no plans to fix".
