Expand and Collapse structures in views as it is in structure TAB

The functions in the structure TAB e.g. on WT-Part has convenient functions to expand the structure by selecting each element in certain levels by clicking right mouse button:

Also it is possible to collapse the levels back to first level when you choose in Menu "Display" and then "Collapse all levels"

Now the idea:

In other views e.g. "Save as" you have to collapse or expand the levels down below maually.

on right mouse button you don't have any commands for the items in the structure.

The functions "Expand / Collapse" from the structure tab should be available in the whole WT System views in which structures are offered.
