Expedite the deletion of big assys from the workspace when the model is still loaded in the CAD-tool

Make it configurable whether the 3D model should also be deleted from the CAD-tool when it is removed from the workspace

Concerns Creo Elements/Direct Modeling 20.1.x with Windchill WGM 11.1 Mxx.

Example:

• A 3D assembly with 1.600 objects in workspace
• Delete 3D model from workspace
• Model NOT loaded in CED Modeling approx. 20 seconds
• Model STILL loaded in CED Modeling approx. 7 minutes

• A assembly with 4.500 objects in workspace
• Delete 3D model from workspace
• Model NOT loaded in CED Modeling approx. 30 seconds
• Model STILL loaded in CED Modeling > 25 minutes
• There is no interaction with CED Modeling and WGM possible, they are not responding during this action
• The Workspace is already empty, even if the action is canceled.

It is no solution to quit the cad tool before or to delete the 3d model from the session. a user can forget that before the action.
