Export a .pdf from Windchill

Add functionality to generate and export a pdf directly from Windchill.

Drawings, documents and thumbnails should be able to be "printed" to a pdf file.

if you open with creo view you can print all files to a pdf local printer

instead you can instruct the cad worker agent to make instead of .plt a pdf

for wt docs worker same but exclude pdf publish when is already a pdf

If you are using Windchill Visualization Services with configured CAD and OFFICE workers, all your Windchill content should already be converted to PDF and there's no need for the manual generation of PDF. This on-demand concept is good for documents, but I'm not sure how effective it would be for large CAD models and drawings. I would rather have the system manage this process for me and auto-generate the PDF vs. on-demand.
