Users setting to their local replication server is imperfect.

Some users will read the communications to set their replication server to a different server, some will miss them.

We would like the value of the users replication server to be exposed, so we can add their replication server to the header/banner visible on all pages in Windchill.  This would be visible near their username.

It would not prevent users from having the wrong server set, but it would be likely to drive the behaviour we are looking for.
