Fault Tree module enhancements

For the Fault Tree module, I would like to see the following enhancements:

1) Option to export FTA in CAFTA electronic file format.

2) Option to change the mission time and recalculate all top level gates with one command.

3) When a basic event is "Dormant" or "Latent", make the information obvious by displaying the base failure rate (even if linked to FMEA), the exposure time that it is multiplied by, and the resulting constant probability of failure.

4) Option to print out Fault Tree diagrams in any specific order, instead of just the order listed in the FTA Table.  When transfer gates are used on large tree diagrams, the output order is somewhat random, so being able to print in ascending order becomes very important.

For option #4, what the product really needs is an official way to control the sorting in a FTA diagram report.  Currently there is no way to control this, and the sorting can be done in a very random order.  This can make reporting very difficult, especially on large FTAs where transfer gates are necessary, and work-arounds such as rearranging pages in Word or PDF (after the output was taken from WQS) are cumbersom
