Formating, Rendering FLOAT Attributes

In Windchill PDMLink it's not possible to format IBA's of type float.

Thus in the UI you get results like the following example:

I would suggest to introduce an additional constraint onto a attribute defining rendering options like "#,##0.00"
In a similar way how it can be defined in the Java class "java.text.DecimalFormat"

That new constraint should be applied on all PDMLink GUI elements rendering float attributes.
