General Activities: Customer Follow-up (3 attempts)

This is a common request from clients, have an activity that allows for tracking attempts to contact the customer. This should be a process with a configurable timer and allow for documenting all 3 attempts. Need to record the attempt number, attempt date, attempt comment and finally the response results. If the first timer expires, the second attempt is auto released and assigned to for additional documentation. This should repeat if the response to the task hasn’t been documented before the timer expires.
