First user experience is quiet painful because of caches being empty.

We should have an option to prime all Windchill caches at startup.

Today we have :

  • windchill wt.org.PopulateConfirmedUsersInCache wcadmin wcadmin parentAndChildMaps
  • com.ptc.core.lwc.PrimeTypeCache=true

We need to be able to prime all caches at server startup to improve user experience

Having to manually run the PopulateConfirmedUsersInCache utility is not always convenient, or secure (if this is scripted)
