When using other design software such as Inventor with the Windchill Workgroup Manager, folders appear in the workspace (on the Windchill File System), for each file that has a related .creo wrapper.

The users don't get any added value from this and the workspace is filled with unnecessary folders. 

Could these folder get the windows property "hidden" and would that make them invisible?

A major head ache for Solidworks users too that are using Windchill Workgroup Manager for Solidworks!
