At Vestas Wind System is planning of process a vital engineering task in order to bring wind turbines to the market in a safe and efficient way.
As solution architect am I challenged with the visualization of 3D models in our process plans in Windchill 12. The issue is that skeleton models become visible even though they are hidden in the CAD assembly. In Creo View will the geometry be shown exatly in same way as in Creo Parametric - it means that skeleton models exist in the assemblies, but by default are they NOT shown
The consequense of skeleton models beeing displayed in MPMLink process plans is, that our designer struggle skeleton model geometry in the 3D visualization and resulting illustrations are affected.
The idea is that visualizations in MPMLink should work in same as Creo View so skeleton models are hidden.
The idea would make it significant easier to implement MPMLink across many segments in our value chain.
