Highlight out-of-date items better in the new SolidWorks/Windchill status interface

As out-of-date status on Windchill CAD objects may be one of the most critical notification as far as possible negative impact on a design assembly or drawing, our team of mechanical engineers, feel that this status should be highlighted more prominently within the new Windchill status interface now integrated in SolidWorks. Small icons such as the clock in this case, may easily be overlooked, especially in large assemblies and for the fact that in many cases, the out-of-date status is not something that can be controlled by the user as others are checking in they shared design files.

The proposed recommendation is to highlight the out-of-date items in red in the SolidWorks/Windchill status structure.
