How to configure EPP with holidays as non-working days:
1. system wide calender having non-working days e.g. all projects are in same location having same non-working days.
2. Project specific calender with non-working days e.g. one project in US and other in Canada and they have different non-working days.
3. User specific calender with non-working days e.g. PTO.
