We need to Provide Read access for In Work LC state for Change Reviewer and Control Copy Holders Role for Manufacturing view WT Parts. User is not able to see In work design view WT parts.

Design view and Manufacturing view WTPart has same Lifecycle template. So, how we can provide separate access for only Manufacturing view WTParts.
