Download Documents to Compressed File” command in folder list it gives “documents_content.zip” file well,but Chinese filename becomes garbled in this zip file. How to make the zip support Unicode coding?

Customer "VTRON CHINA OFFICE" use the following method to fix gibberish problem for another function. He wants to give this example to mention that we can fix it in our codes in the following way.
