Implement supporting of non-english (cyrillic) characters in Workgroup Manager

Windchill Workgroup Manager (WGM) supports only english characters during importing BOM from ECAD software.

So many people from different countries (particularly in Russia) uses ECAD software, which support their native language.

Absence of support non-english symbols in WGM significantly reduces usability of Windchill.

Support non-english (cyrillic) characters will facilitate work of existing users and will attract new clients.

Hi Vladimir.  Which ECAD tool software are you using that supports Russian characters in the Part Number attribute field?

Hello Mark. I use Altium Designer. But other global ECAD software also supports cyrillic symbols (for example Mentor Graphics).
