To deploy Configurable BOMs on a production server, option pool + option sets + configurable BOMs + assigned expressions + variant specifications + module variants + product variants + variant specifications, ... must be created and tested on a Test environment before migrated or exported & imported to Production server.
Today, it is impossible to migrate or export & import :
- option pool from test server to production server,
- variant specifications from test server to production server,
4. What is the use case for your organization?
Currently we can consider there are around 300 product variants and 300 variant specifications. It is not possible to deploy option pool + option sets + configurable BOMs + assigned expressions + variant specifications + module variants + product variants + variant specifications, ... which are not tested before Go-Live

enable to deploy option pool + option sets + configurable BOMs + assigned expressions + variant specifications + module variants + product variants + variant specifications, ... which are tested before moving to production environment
avoid duplication on production server of the work done on test environment
