  Improve NoClassDefFoundError error handling

Current
  When NoClassDefFoundError error was appeared (on methodserver/bgmethodserver)
  windchill cannot handle error.

  NoClassDefFoundError was seen when workflow execution.

Improvement(Ideas)
  If NoClassDefFoundError error will appeared, windchill should be improve so as to handle error and send mail to administrators.
  (For example, out of memory case)
  And administrators can be noticed some workflow was executed with error.

I agree.

 

NoClassDefFoundError is serious error.

so, administrator must be known this error timely.
