Improve Process Status table in Change Objects

I would like to see an improvement on the "Process Status" table.

1. It should be customizable like other tables.

2. It should show the reassignments/delegations

This would make it match the "Tasks for Change Process" table with <Name> (Delegate for <userID>).

I think the reassignments should show up this way as well, or similarly.

This is one of the best ways for identifying the votes in a state based workflow, however it doesn't show delegates.
