Current WRS guide lists different actions for user to get BOM for a part. However there is no mention on how to get this for a multi-level BOM

Only by looking at the examples closely one is able to figure out that we need to add additional parameter '$level=max' in expanded Components to achieve this.
If this information was added to the above location instead it will be more clear and easier for usage.
