In Windchill Weibull (WQS 10.2) it would be nice to....

  1. Be able to specify the units of the input data (cycles, minutes, hours, days, months, years, etc...)
  2. Also show those units on the plots.  In current state, the word "Time" sits on the x-axis and this cannot be changed.  In order to make the plots useful, the units either have to be included as part of the plot title, or annotated in a separate program (see below)
  3. Also, when the time units are hours, days, months, and or years, it would be nice to have the ability to switch between the units without changing the underlying input data.
