Because of the amount of work that we have in process, it can take anywhere from 20-45 minutes for the My Task table to load. Since this is where the work is driven from, there needs to be some improvements. Some of the groups have already customized different views to somewhat help with this, and the 20-45 minutes is the result of that. Otherwise, it would take even longer.
Statement of benefit: The users have to wait for this table to populate to send a WP or IE on. Improving the time for this table to load could really improve their processing time.
