Improve the readability of base unit 'values' by providing an automatic unit selection feature.

Example:  100 pF Ceramic Capacitor

Reads:  0.0000000001 F

Provide automatic unit setting based on the value using multipliers/dividers in steps of 1,000.  See below:

Capacitance:  F, uF, nF, pF

Frequency:  Hz, KHz, MHz, GHz

Inductance:  H, mH, uH, nH

Resistance:  Ohm, KOhm, MOhm

Voltage:  V, mV, uV, KV

Current:  A, mA, uA

Power:  W, mW, uW, KW

We already have a Unit enhancements project in our backlog, not specific to Classification attributes, but any numeric (real number with units) attribute. Thanks for providing these inputs (these would definitely help). The requirements seem to be inline with our planned backlog. Please note that this is not yet prioritized and looking at the list of priorities, it might not be able to make it to the next upcoming release.

Once we have a solution in place, then it could be extended to other domains, but this specific backlog would primarily cater to all Windchill Search related use cases (mainly focussed on Classification Attributes, but not necessarily restricted to them).

I would add to this discussion that the enhancement apply to the "Displayed Units" in the Classification Search results table.
