In Structure Page, Replacement parts should appear by default

For Electrical Engineer, replacement parts are very crusial. Replacement part should appear by default in Structure Page. Rather than clicking on Show/Hide > Replacement Parts

This is available today.  The user can set their preferences so that Replacements are shown by Default.  This was part of 11.0 F000
