In WPA, There are many Inactive manufacturers available within the system(Created earlier and then made to be Inactive). For those Inactive manufacturers the system is allowing the end-users to load the BOM Parts which should be restricted by some providing an alert in the system.
When the user tries to load a BOM containing part with manufacturer which is in inactive state, then the system should pose an alert to the end-user saying the following manufacturers are inactive.
