In "Article --CS238078", "The behavior is working to spec." But it is not correct.

In "Article --CS238078", (title: Document link removed from an end item's latest version reappears in Collect Objects screen linked to the previous end item version in Windchill PDMLink.)

"The behavior is working to spec. The affected and resulting objects table only support the latest iteration of a revision. If a version is iterated after adding an object to either the affected or resulting objects table the new version will "Automatically reflect in the affected or resulting object tables.", But the behavior is different from the answer.

In the current behavior, the affected object table and the resulting object table will return all associated versions. (incorrect)
Only the latest version should be returned to the change apply object, as you only need to collect the objects to which the change applies. (correct)
