Include EPM documents representations in package even with related parts

When a package is created with EPM documents that are NOT associated with parts, the offline visualizer include representations for this EPM docs. If the documents are related to parts, the representation is only displayed on part in the package :

EPM doc with part :

The package include representation only for the part :

article avec représentation.PNG

pièce sans représentation.PNG

Now let's delete this part :

pièce sans article.PNG

If i create a new package, it now include the representations :

PTC knows the problem : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS303813

Now it should be good to corect it, please PTC, change this behaviour !
