The ability to set custom data utilities for Work Item is already available through the properties files however the ability to customise this are of the UI is not supported acfording to TS and the docs. Would be useful to be able to customise this to apply some capability such as default route choice based on workflow variables, etc. other than just the first one in the list, disable routing choices, etc.
