Incorporate generic's number when creating instance in Creo when auto numbering is turned on.

Currently when creating a instance in Creo that is connected to Windchill with auto numbering, a new number is generated for the instance. However the majority of the time we re-number the instance to use the generics number plus INST1 or -01 and this ends up wasting a lot of numbers. Ironically the functionality we are looking for is the same functionality if Creo was not connected to Windchill where it would just use the generic's number for the instance number plus INST1.

I believe this would be best done by a Creo preference that would determine whether to use the generic's number or to use a new instance number.
