Idea is to make Change Tasks more visible by including them in searchable and displayable Object Types. Benefit would be the possibility of getting an overview of who has what work assigned.
You can add the Change Tasks to the search by this. There is not a big benefit by displaying them in a folder. It becomes messy pretty fast. But searching for it is a good feature
<!-- Added ChangeActivity as searchable type-->
<AddToProperty name="PDMLink.allSearch" value="wt.change2.WTChangeActivity2"/>
There are many ways to get at these already including Olvier's example, the Task table in contexts, queries.
Any chance you can elaborate? By Tasks table in context arfe you refering to Workflow Tasks? As far as I know a custome Action/Action Model would be required to get Change Tasks to show up in the Change Monitor. To Oliver's point on things getting messy pretty fast, I understand and would use State to filter out "Resolved" Change Tasks.
I am interested in this too.
