Is it possible to develop a tool for us when execute some complex product configurations in Windchill PDMLink,E.g: configure Index Search in Windchill PDMLink 11.0 M010 and configure access to Microsoft Active Directory

Hi,

     During the use of Windchill , there are some complex product configurations , It always take more effort for us and an error is easy occurred durning the  configuration. More trouble is: once an error occurs, it is difficult to troubleshoot. E.g:

• Install and configure Index Search Server (Stand alone) in Windchill PDMLink 11.0 M010 ：

• Configure access to Microsoft Active Directory in Windchill PDMLink

                             https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS29445&art_lang=en

      So, is it possible to develop a tool for us when execute above two configurations and we just need to insert some general attributes which is needed,      like: ip, hostname, port, installation path ,administrator account name & password…, and then the tool will automatic spread these attributes to    configuration files instead of manually edit , just like the same function as rehost utility.
