Modeled constraints can not be disabled. Even this is not required on a subtype. It would simplify implementation if the modeled constraints could be disabled and replaced by some custom list
Definitely, or at least provide a solution without restarting Windchill.
The question should be, why are there still modelled resource bundles? It would be much easier to handle all the values within the Type and Attribute Manager.
