As-Is:
Today Windchill objects are not iterated when Creo View saving back annotations/annotations folder structure update. This creates problem if the Windchill object is checked out. Other users could save annotations to this object while user that have the object checked out and working with working copy does not see this changes.
When user check in the object the working copy will be the new iteration and all annotations saved while the object was checked out will NOT be on the next iteration.
Copy forward happens when the user check out the object and if the annotations are saved after checked out by other users we have the problem.
Idea:
Add a Windchill preference/property that can turn on/off iteration when Creo View saves back data to Windchill object.
Add another preference/property that can turn on/off blocking Creo View from saving back data to Windchill object that are checked out.
