Last 8D problem created should come first in the problem list

8D Problem list default to be descending by date problem created. As we limit the # of records to 100, 500 or 1000. When a problem is created that goes to the end of list and is not showed in the list. If your wants to complete that form later he will not find that problem in an easy way.
