Limitation while printing more than 7 attributes from Line sheet to pdf generation

This limitation is caused due to the installation of patch 25  which enabled the ability to add colorway chip attribute to the thumbnail view . We are not able to print more than 6 or 7 attributes onto the PDF containing images. Customer would like to have the ability to print 12-15 attributes along with the images in the PDF generated ( printing 12-15 attributes was possible before the installation of Patch 25).

Have you created a tech support case for this already? If not I would suggest you to do so.

We raised a tech support case C11726550 and was told that there is an SPR for this (SPR 2096005) but as it is an Enhancement Request we do not have any timelines. Was advised to log this onto FlexPLM community and make it visible for other customers to view and vote for it. But I dont know how many customers have installed Patch 25 on 10.1 M010 for this issue to replicated.

Even we are facing the same issue, we are now unable to print more than 5-6 attributes. We were able to print 10 to 15 attributes before and now after installing the Patch 18 we are limited to only 5 attributes. PTC case C12025344.

I think only after installing a certain patch this issue occurs so customers who are not installing any patchs or upgrades will not encounter this issue. PTC coud you please provide a Temp patch for this issue.
