Hi,

  1. Loading/Creating a Softypes or IBA in Default Organization (During Windchill installation) is not local to Default organization. SoftTypes or IBAs displays in all Organization (Created after Windchill Installation).
  2. Organization administrator unable to create soft types/ global attributes in Default Organization ?
