REQUEST: To the Quick Links/My Settings / Preferences add two new preferences to allow users to determine how these checked selections appear by default. Users prefer to have 1) "Occurrence Link Enabler" and 2) "Carry over from upstream" NOT CHECKED by default.  See attached screen shot.
