Make Breadcrumb Trail Work Correctly

Make Breadcrumb Trail Work Correctly

Currently, no mater what link in the breadcrumb trail you pick, it returns you to the last folder visited.

According to the SPR <https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/spr.jsp?n=2111287> that's the way PTC has designed it to work.

Please redesign it so it works to the de facto industry standard, which is to goto whatever level is picked in the trail.
