Unclear Windchill error message - does not help anyone
When an error occur in Windchill very often an unclear error message is shown that does not help anyone. See examples in attach file.
If we create a case with only this error message PTC eSupport cannot do anything and the first request is to fetch Windchill server logs and stuff, install applications on user PC that track browser traffic. This is a very cumbersome way of working.
Make Windchill error messages crystal clear so the message itself is enough for PTC eSupport. No need to get logs or to do any other actions.
