@Make the "Promote" action available to create Promotion Requests in Windchill ProjectLink so that objects created into a project by the project team could review and approve them through standard promotion processes.

This enhancement would be also a continuity in the current PTC ProjectLink product consistency since the "Set state" and the "Route" actions are already available in this context.@
