Manage parameters add/remove for "Object Specific"

System administrator should have power to manage all possible parameter describing the model which are visible in "Object Specific" group.

Those parameters was generally set at starting point during database preparation for system implementation, but after while we see that some parameters aren't necessary and some are missing. That's the reason why system administrator should have power to improve the database in this important area.

There should be an option to create baseline as a backup of current state and then create new database setup with new list of available parameters which also update all existing elements inside Windchill like e.g. parts, Creo parts and drawings.
