We currently use Creo Elements / Direct Modeling 20.0 with Windchill 11.0 and work mostly on very large assemblies (> 100,000 objects).
Simple changes to the CAD structure (such as adding or deleting a single part or a workplane) take several seconds and make a meaningful work almost impossible.
Therefore, we want to use Creo View MCAD to manage the top assembly structures. However, in Creo View it is currently not possible to save assembly structures which were newly created in Creo View MCAD to Windchill. In addition, existing assemblies (visualizations) managed in Windchill can not be added as child part of a newly created assembly structure in Creo View MCAD, but only locally stored visualizations.
I would like that to be possible in future versions of Creo View.
As an extension to this suggestion, I would like Creo View to have the ability to reload individual parts of an already loaded assembly so that I do not need to reload the entire assembly?
