In latest Windchill PDMLink release, there is no way to Enable/Disable Manufacturing Views. There are use cases where system should not allow to create Parts from certain views & such views are maintained for legacy reference. 

Also, unwanted views cannot be deleted as it is being used in some parts. So currently there is no way to disable views & user has option to create part from legacy view which is a big risk from product data management. 

Please add this functionality at earliest.
